Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, and related offerings provided by Bossman & Bosslady Enterprise (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our services include notary services and administrative filing assistance related to DOT and trucking operations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services and Scope

Bossman & Bosslady Enterprise provides notary services and administrative filing assistance only. We assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting documents based on information provided by the client.

We do not provide legal, regulatory, safety, tax, or accounting advice, and we do not represent clients before any government agency. We do not guarantee approvals, outcomes, or decisions by third parties, including government agencies.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Notary Services

Appointments for in-person, mobile, or remote services must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be disclosed at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

For notary services, clients must:

  • Appear in person or through approved remote notarization platforms

  • Present valid, government-issued photo identification

  • Be willing and competent to sign

  • Present complete documents without blank spaces

We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

Fees and Payment

Fees are disclosed in advance, on invoices, or through written communication. Payment is due as specified at booking or prior to service delivery. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Estimates

Any estimates provided are for informational purposes only and may change based on the scope of services requested or information provided by the client.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for services. You remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information, missing documentation, or third-party actions.

Confidentiality and Data Use

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may retain notarial records and related information as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, templates, and materials are the property of Bossman & Bosslady Enterprise or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

We may reference or coordinate with third-party agencies or vendors. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or outcomes of third-party services.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”

  • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or results

  • We do not guarantee acceptance or processing of filings by any agency

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bossman & Bosslady Enterprise from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or reliance on information you provided.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
